What You'll Get

The Seven Models -- A taxonomy of how AI is being integrated into teaching and learning, from AI-only instruction to lifelong learning platforms. Who's doing each and how they compare.
The Convergence Problem -- What everyone is building (table stakes) vs. what's actually differentiated. The window for uniqueness is narrowing fast.
Startups & Incumbents -- Tracking funding, launches, partnerships, and pivots across the AI education landscape. Duolingo to Squirrel AI. Khan Academy to Carnegie Learning. Nectir to Minerva.
Alternative Models -- No-institution learning. Consortiums. Employer-funded subscriptions. AI-native schools from scratch. Community learning networks. What could disrupt everything.
Underserved Opportunities -- Where the gaps are. What nobody is building yet. Where a small team or a bold institution could move first.
Assessment & Credentials -- The shift from time-based to competency-based. Who's building portable credential systems. What employers will trust.
